Rates follow the engagement, not a software subscription ladder. Most clients begin with a carrier delay audit or a fixed dashboard commission.
Flagship dashboard commission
From £4,800 fixed quote for a single-network shipping SLA performance dashboard. Multi-depot or multi-brand boards are priced after the clock workshop once lane count and extract complexity are clear.

- Whether dock dwell is measured today
- On-site discovery days outside Birmingham
Carrier delay audit
From £1,650 flat for a five-to-ten-day assessment. Travel within mainland GB is included for one depot visit; additional sites are itemised.
Monthly SLA review pack
From £780 / month when a dashboard already exists and extracts arrive on a stable schedule. Setup for a new pack (first two cycles) may add a one-time £900 alignment fee.
What we never bill as “surprise add-ons”
