Data we collect

• Contact form fields: name, email, engagement interest, lane notes, and message content
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
• Email correspondence you send to our published addresses

We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to briefs and providing quotes (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract)
• Delivering commissioned shipping SLA dashboard work (contract)
• Improving site content when analytics cookies are accepted (consent)
• Meeting legal accounting and compliance duties (legal obligation)

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a contract follows, in which case records follow the engagement file (typically six years for accounting). Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the tool’s configured window (see Cookies).

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may share information when required by law.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy regulations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
