Engagements
Paid work is governed by a separate statement of work or quote acceptance. That document controls scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for each shipping SLA dashboard or audit engagement.
Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, and branding remain the property of WillowPoint System Ltd. Deliverables created under a paid engagement transfer or licence as stated in the statement of work. Client data and extracts remain the client’s property.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, scrape content for competing services, or submit abusive or unlawful form messages.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillowPoint System Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set in the statement of work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, with consumers retaining any mandatory rights in their UK nation of residence.
